Latest word from the Major League Baseball Draft: Maria was picked ahead of you.

July 4, 2009, in Lexington, Virginia: Usual fireworks, unseasonably cool weather. And, instead of live country music at VMI's parade grounds there was a brass quartet. (It was unclear whether they were live.)

Love your latest blog-post. My guess is that when Kazakhstan, in the year 3012, wins the World Federation Baseball Cup, the trophy will bear a likeness of you at bat.

In the large box, include the following:
- Your name
- The type of partner you prefer ("life master only," "beginner," "no novices, please")
- Your contact information (e-mail; home phone; cell phone; work phone)

Click on "Submit Post" and you are done!
